Introduction

Some recent events lead me to understand that there was a very urgent need to educate, motivate and remind Catholics of their moral obligation to the 50 million slaughtered little lives who have no voice but ours. I have been active with several Catholic based online forums in which members discuss various Christian topics. One Catholic online forum sprouted some threads on topics related to abortion and voting, more specifically in affect to the 2008 US Presidential elections. I encountered several members who claimed to be Pro-Life, notwithstanding their aggressive support of voting for Pro-Abortion Candidates.  In fact, this phony attitude seemed to be predominant.  I also noticed how only a few defended voting Pro-Life, and these few were getting somewhat menaced. The experience was sobering, Catholic morals have changes so much over the years.  Instead of enthusiastically combating this horrible Silent Massacre, Catholics have regressed to: "There are other issues than abortion!", "Do you have any idea what I'm paying in taxes?", and "Abortion?  I'll vote for anyone who can get these gas prices down, my new SUV drinks more gas than a bulldozer."  I realized how severe this moral crisis is, and how vital it is to address it. Hence, this Catholic Voting website.

We came into this life a soul created by the Eternal Father infused at the moment of our conceptions, and we will leave this life as only a soul.  Nothing material came with us, and in contrast to what the Egyptians believed, nothing material will leave with us.  Only our deeds and misdeeds.  All our money, possessions, power, and property and will stay behind to be divided up.  And the Great Multitude of slaughtered innocents will be waiting, crying out to God in a loud voice:  "How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?"
